You still deal with one point of contact throughout, and Sean's own trade is the joinery: roof carpentry, doors, windows, skirting and architrave, so the parts of the job that show are done by the same hands from start to finish.

Groundworks & structure
Trusted local groundworkers and bricklayers handle footings and brickwork, coordinated by Sean throughout.
Roof & first fix
Roof structure, first-fix carpentry, windows and doors go in, with plumbing and electrics coordinated to programme.
Joinery finish
Skirting, architrave, doors and any bespoke joinery are fitted last, followed by a full site clean and handover.
